BLANCO takes a systematic approach to ESG management based on a company-wide sustainability strategy. This framework is operationally embedded throughout the company and encompasses three main areas of focus: environment, social issues, and governance.

The sustainability strategy provides a clear structure for systematically integrating relevant ESG issues into day-to-day business operations. For each of the three interlinked ESG areas, the strategy defines specific priority topics relevant to BLANCO. These are supported by objectives and measures. This creates a structured framework for taking environmental, social, and governance aspects into account in the company’s ongoing development.

Engagement matters

Social commitment is part of BLANCO's corporate culture. Since 2019, the company has supported the aid organization arche nova – Initiative für Menschen in Not e.V.

The non-profit, non-partisan and non-governmental organisation is active worldwide in the field of development cooperation and humanitarian aid. While the focus of the joint work is on water, sanitation and hygiene, both partners ensure that a regular exchange between employees on various topics takes place for mutual benefit.
